This workout is all about strength, but of course, it wouldn’t be a full-body crusher without some conditioning elements to push your endurance! 💦 And - it’s beginner-friendly, so everyone can join in and level up at their own pace. 🫶🏼 Get stronger, build endurance, and feel unstoppable. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising.
