God of War 3 - QTE Fails

All of the Quick Time Events fails in the game "God of War 3". This is the PS4 Remastered version of the game. I missed at least one QTE that I know of: the dogs ganging up on Kratos. However the result is that same as the undead soldiers piling on top of Kratos. I may have also missed a wall climbing enemy QTE because I couldn&get them to latch onto me whenever I climbed on walls. If I missed any more then let me know and I&update the video ASAP.
