DDR4 2666 vs 3200 on i5 9400F tested in 8 games

Test system i5 9400F ASRock Z370 Taichi P4.00 2x8GB DDR4 2666 19-19-19-43-2T (simulate for cheap generic 2666Mhz memory) 2x8GB DDR4 3200 16-18-18-38-2T (simulate for cheap generic 3200Mhz memory) EVGA GTX 1080 Ti @ 2126 core / 12474 mem Corsair HX 750W NZXT H440 White Custom Water Cooling Windows 10 64 bit 1607 Nvidia 430.64 Record by ShadowPlay *** TW:WH2 is actually run at 1080p like other games. Sorry for wrong resolution in the summary chart. i5-9400F is one of the best gaming CPU under $160-$180. But is it worth to spend a little more on motherboard and memory ? Relate tests. Cheapest B360 cost $45-$50 on newegg but it is too unpractical for i5-9400F (or any 9th gen CPU) because it require BIOS update so you have to borrow 8th gen CPU from your friend or ask for BIOS update from the place that you purchase motherboard (If you purchase online it might be impossible). Cheapest B365 cost $90 on newegg. Cheapest Z390 cost $90-$100 on newegg (should be default choice since it cost the same as B365). So motherboard cost the same what about memory ? Cheapest 2x8GB DDR4-2666 (mostly CL19-19-19-43 like I simulate in the video) cost $60 Cheapest 2x8GB DDR4-3200 (mostly CL16-18-18-38 like I simulate in the video) cost $70 So basically you just pay $10 more for Z390 + DDR4-3200 vs B365 + DDR4-2666 Is it worth $10 ? let's find out. BTC is also welcome. 3F7pq86h1vmYktDADR1NqmsBWapWRAcSTw Please like , share , comment , and subscribe for more contents. i5-9400F จัดเป็น CPU...
