--- If you have installed a new or refilled 951 cartridge (or HP 950XL, 951XL high yield cartridge) into your HP OfficeJet Pro 8100 and you observe a or then it is possible that the internal PRINTHEAD may have a bent or contact or pins. If a pin is broken, then the PRINTHEAD will need to be replaced.
