Аватар автора
Going to bed, Tina notices a falling star outside her window. Suddenly, she’s wide awake! Grabbing a flashlight, Tina rushes over to Tony’s to invite him to look for it with her. After all, the star fell close by – they have to find it! Tony has no objections, and starts getting his things together. But he takes so long and is so painstaking about it that Tina loses patience and runs off to find the star herself, grabbing the flashlight as she goes. Tina runs along the road. Glimpsing a light in the distance, Tina decides that this must be her star. But it turns out to be one of the piglets reading outside: his book’s very absorbing, and his brother and sister have already gone to bed. The piglet’s flashlight dies, and he’s upset – he’d just gotten to the best bit! Tina gives him her flashlight. After all, she’ll soon have a whole star! Something else is gleaming up ahead, and Tina rushes towards it. But it’s just some fireflies. The fireflies fly away, and Tina is left alone. She walks hesitantly along in the near-darkness, feeling her way along the path. She stumbles against rocks underfoot, striking sparks. Tina picks up a pair of stones and bangs them together, striking sparks to give her at least a little light to light her way. Meanwhile, Tony, armed with another flashlight, is looking for Tina. Tina has almost lost hope when she sees a bright ray of light in a thicket and rushes towards it: “There it is! My star!” But it turns out to be Tony with his flashlight....
