Motorola T82 Extreme part 2 - Volume Fix and Charge Mod.

Fixing the wont turn down problem, and disconnecting the middle cell voltage detection to allow charging of standard rechargables without doing the workaround shown in the first video. The recieve audio is still quite harsh sounding, but bearable for now, until I can find a schematic to resolve the issue.
