This video shows you how to install a clutch kit on your 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt. In a manual transmission vehicle, the clutch is responsible for disconnecting the engine from the transmission so that you can change gears. The rest of the time, the clutch transfers power from the engine to the transmission in order to drive the vehicle. The clutch is a friction device, and will need replacing at some point, depending on driving conditions.
