Kalari Movement presents First 5 Lohars. Lohars are from the Central style of Kalarippayat and consist of calisthenics and joint mobility and strengthening exercises. This sequence can be done as warm up for a workout or practice. Its is also useful when you need to get the cardiovascular system flowing and to stretch your upper up if you have been sitting for a while.
