SCULPTING A HEAD IN NOMAD SCULPT using the Loomis Method - Part 1 - Basic scaling

Sculpting a head in Nomad Sculpt using the Loomis Method - Part 1 - Basic scaling I've been sketching for decades using a book to guide me called 'Drawing the head and hands' by Andrew Loomis. The Loomis method is a technique using simple shapes and measured landmarks to sculpt a human head. It starts with a ball, breaks it into four equal sections with two lines and then uses the created measurements to place facial features. I thought I'd take that learning and use it with Nomad Sculpt on the iPad and share it in a series here on Youtube. Watch part 2 - sculpting the jaw and mouth The book: If you want to learn more about the sketching method, Stan Prokopenko has been creating videos on the subject for over 8 years If you want the head template I use in this video you can find it in our Resources Hub.
