What is Easter? | Easter Traditions and Celebrations | For Kids

Discover about the joys of Easter with our ‘Show and Tell’ explainer video. Children can join the Easter bunny as she enters her celebratory scrap book and shows the children all about how the event is celebrated by communities around the world. Children will learn key information such as why we have eggs, the importance of Jesus and why we might decorate Easter bonnets. To support the video, supporting resources are available to download – ranging from writing and drawing activities, to colouring and discussion cards. We suggest using the video before using any of the supporting activities, to increase learning opportunities and open discussions in your classroom.
