Lago Hotel Side Complete Review June 2023

Brutally honest review of the unfinished Lago Hotel in Side, Turkey. This review of Lago Hotel in Side is covering both the good and the bad sides of this unfinished but a hotel with a great potential once ready. Both our tour agency and the hotel lied us before we got there that everything is fully functional and operating. When we arrived, the mess was all around us, we got our room very late, after 3pm. Once settled in, we realized that none of the kids areas are fully functional, very important if you&travelling with a kid. Furthermore, most of the time the service was very bad, you had to ask multiple times for an order, the waiters simply were not delivering the orders. Other employees knew that the hotel is still a mess and they were just raising shoulders aware that not everything is working. The hotel was constantly running out of drinks every day, maybe they had limited availability of some drinks or they were simply not giving them to the guests. Towels also were gone relatively quickly and there was only one station for towels. Furthermore, many areas beside the kids area were still closed and not operational. So, if you&considering to visit this hotel, after watching the review of Lago Hotel in Side, please try to visit the hotel in August 2023 the earliest, I expect that most of the things will be operational by then, although there will be work in progress everywhere because they work on the villas.
