The video presents Part 2 of the methodological materials of the Bushido Mon Winter Camp with Sihan Victor Fomin, held near Sergiev Posad (in the Moscow region) on January 17-19, 2026. The focus is on the basic and derived forms of breathing kata Sanchin and Tensho, practiced at Hanshi Steve Arneil's School. Basic forms develop coordination of movements, breathing and consciousness with the control of the lower center of power and directed energy. The derived forms (Sanchin with Kiai and Tensho Kenka) are adapted for real combat conditions.
