How to enter hidden green engineering menu in A4 B9 (8W) with MMI MIB2 High Scale. This mode gives access to advanced features and diagnostic data, many of which can be very useful when repairing the unit, patching the firmware, converting the vehicle to a different region, and retrofitting additional equipment. ℹ️ Turn the ignition on, wait for the Audi MMI system to start. Push buttons NAV/MAP and RADIO forwards, keep them in this position for about 3 seconds, and wait for the green hidden menu (GEM) to appear on the display. Release buttons when Engineering is visible. ⚠️ Hidden menus contain advanced options. Many of those are potentially dangerous. Using them randomly can cause main unit damage and will require advanced recovery. ℹ️ Hidden green menu requires developer mode to be enabled first. You can use OBDeleven, VCDS, VCP, or other diagnostic interface to do it. ?
