Suzuki Bandit 250 Version S (GJ74A - GSF250)

Bandit has 16K on its clock but the speedo cable is broken so I guess It has more miles on the clock. this bike has a rattling sound under 2000 RPM its fades soon it hits 3000RPM. The timing chain tensioner has extended to the limit (tensioner is working perfectly checked with another bike) but the cam/timing chain is tension perfectly in between exhaust and inlet cam gear, it barely moves when push down... but moves a little.. so I&guessing its the timing chain. Update: the cause was not the timing chain. it was one of the magnet loosened from the flywheel we replaced the flywheel
