Are you struggling with your THIGHS? It&a problem area for many women out there.. but we can definitely do something about this ♥︎ / Werbung The first 10 minutes are strictly focused on inner thighs. The last 5min are dedicated to the outer thighs. If you don&want to train this part, just stop the workout after 10min :) I would encourage you to do everything though, because training outer thighs is important as well. And no, it will not give you hip dips :D Let me say this right away: I&sorry for the last couple of exercises hahah!! When I tested the workout, I thought "okay it&challenging, but that&what we want". The next day, my thighs were soooo sore, that I was barely able to finish the workout when filming :D :D :D Look closely, my legs are SHAKING!! My brother Dennis was behind the camera and motivated me with "don&you give up during a Pamela Reif workout. If somebody can do it, it&Pamela Reif. Hold your leg up!" __ If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don&worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that&the best feeling!
