--- For the Pro 8210 Printer (if you have installed a cartridge (or HP 952XL) and you observe a or then it is possible that the internal PRINTHEAD may have a bent or contact or pins. When the is installed the cartridge&smart chip makes direct contact with the pins, and can sometimes bend (or break) the pins if the cartridge is accidentally or forcibly installed into the carriage assembly, or if the cartridge&is misaligned, etc.. To verify pin(s) condition, remove all 4 ink cartridges and using a flash light, carefully inspect the internal PRINTHEAD contact pins for visible bending, breakage or damage. Compare each row of pins when making this evaluation. Each pin should be protruding outwards as shown. If the pin is bent down, it is possible to gently pry it back up with a small screwdriver. If a pin is broken, then the PRINTHEAD will need to be replaced. Other printer error messages which could signify a PRINTHEAD problem include “Ink Cartridge “Cartridge Damaged”, “Printhead Missing” or “The following cartridges are for use in this Printer”. --- Supported / #Cartridges 952 Black ( ) 952 Cyan ( #L0S49AN140) 952 Magenta ( #L0S52AN140) 952 Yellow ( #L0S55AN140) 952XL Black ( ) 952XL Cyan ( #L0S61AN140) 952XL Magenta ( #L0S64AN140) 952XL Yellow ( #L0S67AN140) Black (extra high capacity) Supported Printer Models: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 All-in-One Printer HP OfficeJet Pro 7730 All-in-One Printer HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 All-in-One Printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8200 All-in-One...
