BMW E60 Cranking, but no start. DME CAS adjustment. 2F44 DME: EWS preventing manipulation FIXED!

You tried to start your BMW E60 and you can't, the car is just cranking and no start! Or there is another option, if you tried few times to unsuccessfully start your bmw E60, you will not get even cranking! In this video I will show you How to fix BMW E60 start problem - DIY by using Launch x431. The problem can happen due to error «A0B4 CAS Engine start, Starter operation» that does not mean that your STARTER IS BAD!! It is just tells you that you have few unsuccessful engine start attempts! There is a procedure that I am going to explain in another video, how to reset the starter interlock error code A0B4. The real reason of the unsuccessful engine start is due the error code «2F44 DME: EWS Preventing Manipulation» In this case don't panic this can be resolved with Launch x431 scan tool. You simply have to execute the procedure of « DME CAS adjustment « in the Special function tab on your Launch x431. In order to start your BMW E60, the CAS module send a 4 digit code to the DME if the code is recognized then the DME aloud the fuel injection system to power up. There are about 200 codes stored in the DME after each engine start there is another code stored. For a few reasons you can loose these data and loose the synchronization between CAS and DME, in this case you have to run the CAS DME adjustment procedure.
