NISSAN INFINITI FX35 P0024 OR P0014 DIAGNOSIS & FIX

She's back! Some of you guys might remember this 2009 Infiniti FX35 w/ a 3.5l V6 engine. I recently posted a video with this truck because it had a check engine light and trouble code P0024 Exhaust Valve Timing Performance Bank 2. In the previous video I explained that it was very likely we had a faulty Exhaust magnetic retarder, because there was a TSB from Nissan about this problem. However, after finding out the part was going to cost over $1,000 us dollars. The owner was hesitant to fix it. Well they brought it back and they want me to fix it, but am I confident enough in my diagnosis to take the backlash if replacing this part does not fix the problem. The simple answer is «NO».
