HOW TO FIX NPC STORY CHARACTERS NOT SHOWING UP IN SETTLEMENTS!! - The Division 2 Bug Fix Welcome back to The Division 2. Just a quick video for now as I've experienced this bug multiple times. The NPC story characters in settlements don't seem to show up all the time when you're in a game with other people and I found a way to fix the problem. Not sure if this will be fixed in the day one patch but I hope so, I believe it has something to do with the game not properly tracking your progress if you're not the group leader.
