Mercedes-Benz W163 ML Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Replacement (ML320)

Today, we do an emergency repair on the ML320, replacing the accelerator pedal position sensor (TPS) after having it fail while driving. Quick swap if you have the part on hand. Note that there are different calibration procedures for different vehicles. If the one described in the video does not work for you, then you can try other options (there is one that requires you to hold down the accelerator pedal in a certain sequence which also resets transmission shift points, and may be necessary).
