VW TAOS rear brake pad change (2022)

Changing the rear brakes on the 2022 VW Taos base model. We used the carista app/plug in first- put the Electronic parking brake into service mode. You have to do this (have heard of other plug system to use to do it too) in order to push brake piston back in when changing the brakes and to avoid any complications with the system. We are by no means professionals but did our research in order to avoid $800+ at the dealership. We played with different tools to use but found it easier to use what’s in the video!
