GenoCyber is an cyberpunk mecha OVA about two psychic sisters, Elaine, who is mute and mentally deficient, and Diana, who is crippled, are part of an illegal experiment in unlocking psionic potential and aimed at creating Super Soldiers. When Elaine escapes from the research lab, Diana is sent to retrieve her, only to kill her in a fit of rage. However, Elaine&mind survives and takes over Diana&cyborg body, transforming into a cyborg mutant creature called the Genocyber. Much bloodshed ensues... As the nations of the world begin to merge, world peace is threatened by the private armies of individual corporations. The Kuryu Group has just discovered a weapon that will tip world power in their favor. The Genocyber: a nightmarish combination of cybernetics and psychic potential.
