The Terraria 1.3 Steam Achievement «The Frequent Flyer» wasn't going to come very quickly in the natural course of my gameplay, so I took matters into my own hands. To get the achievement, you have to spend 1 gold (total) through your visits to heal at the nurse. (I was feeling a little under the weather when recording, so I didn't do a voiceover for this one.)
