As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. In this video I go through the cleaning process for the filthy radiator grill on my 2017 Kawasaki Vulcan 650 S and install a new grill cover. The new cover gives the bike a cleaner look and has a nice subtle "Vulcan S" logo. When cleaning the grill I used dish soap and water, a water spray bottle, and soft bristle toothbrush&Be extra careful not to apply too much pressure when scrubbing the grill fins because you don&want to flatten or bend them. This would reduce airflow for the radiator grill and could damage the radiator. Also be sure to only brush up and down to ensure you are going with the shape of the bristle and not scrubbing against it. Installation is super easy and the final look is amazing!
