Сataract phacoemulsification. Факоэмульсификация катаракты.

Ноябрь 2022 года был насыщен офтальмологическими конференциями. На конференции в Сочи и Ростове я презентовал несколько сложных случаев в хирургии катаракты. И это один из них. В данном случае, на этапе полировки задней капсулы произошел ее разрыв. Как и положено в подобных случаях, разрыв нужно закруглить, однако на этапе закругления появился «заусенец» который в последующем привел к дальнейшему разрыву задней капсулы хрусталика. November 2022 was full of ophthalmology conferences. At the conferences in Sochi and Rostov, I presented several challenging cases in cataract surgery. And this is one of them. In this case, there was a rupture of the posterior capsule at the stage of resurfacing. As it should be in such cases, the rupture should be rounded off, but at the rounding stage a «burr» appeared which subsequently led to a further rupture of the posterior capsule of the crystalline lens.
