Harman kardon Go + Play 2016 battery not charging part 1 of 2

Never expected this to happen with Harman Brand. Got Harman Kardon Go + Play speakers from Dubai, as it hasn&been launched in India yet. Two months into the use and battery has given up. It refuses to charge. Now i can only play it with plugged in power. Product is still in warranty, but can&claim it in India as Harman doesn&provide international warranty. No more better than a small living room fixed speaker anymore.
