Ender 3 Nozzle temp test after Thermal Runaway error E1.

I got thermal runaway error on my Ender 3 and had to run some troubleshooting steps which were recommended by my local authorized Ender 3 dealer. In this video, my issue was particularly with the nozzle temp. Towards the end of this video. You can see the nozzle temp was running wild. It should not run up and down like that.
