CN PH - CHECK it 4.0 Rebrand (2016)

Effectively January 1, 2016, Cartoon Network Asia-Pacific, Philippines and Australia are fully rebranded to CHECK it 4.0, but the exception is the Rated PG and the Up Next Idents which they didn&change yet.
