Send Blessings (Durood) and Salutations (Salaams) on the Prophet with worthy Salutation».(Surah al-Ahzab: 56) --- Durood or Darood Shareef (from Persian: dorood) is an invocation which Muslims make by saying specific phrases to compliment the Islamic prophet Muhammad.
