Sailun Terramax AT tire fitted to Ford Everest There¬ a lot of videos out there of how this tire looks in detail so I have uploaded this short video. I have fitted them to my wife&Ford Everest on 17-inch Ford Ranger rims. I think they look quite good and chuncky and have changed the look of the vehicle completely. I am yet to do a full tire review of these as I haven&taken them offroad yet. But on-road, so far, they are smooth and quiet. Like I can&hear them inside the cab. Time will tell on this one as they wear down. These have M + S rating AND the 3PMSF "snowflake" approved tyre. . This is an accurate description of what this means: "A three-peak mountain snowflake symbol branded on the tire&sidewall indicates the tire meets required performance criteria in snow testing to be considered severe snow service rated." Basically, the tire compound is such that it can remain soft and sticky even below freezing temperatures giving you more grip on the icy road and tracks. These have a 2ply side wall of polyester and a 3 ply tread made up of steel, nylon and polyester. I&be testing them in sand, rock and some mud. Stay tuned for further videos ?
