(Version 3.0) Hotel Mario All Cutscenes COMPLETELY REMASTERED in HD 10fps

Nice of the princess to invite us over for a not-so-glitchy Hotel Mario HD remaster, eh Luigi? Even more details: I decided to make a 3.0 version with 10 FPS, because people said that the 60 FPS on the 2.0 version looked weird, glitchy, etc. I also touched up the "CONDEMNED" cutscene, and made the lip-sync better on all cutscenes. Cutscene transitions were removed for a more "raw" effect. This uses ESRGAN (the best AI upscaling system that I&seen) to upscale each frame 4x.
