Solidworks simulation | Pressure vessel testing in Solidworks

Hello, all welcome to the channel in this video I talked about how to make pressure simulations, how to check whether our vessel is ready for that type of pressure or not, and the discussion of the factor of safety also. Here I made a vessel and applied alloy steel material in simulation I applied pressure inside of the vessel which is 9 Mpa and run the study. I got the result for 9 Mpa which shows the applied pressure is more than the yield strength and the factor of safety is also below the 1, the factor of safety has to be more than 1, so I can do applied less pressure or changes the design or also material, for this case I change the pressure that 5 Mpa and run the study again so here I get good and safe results and also the factor of safety is more than 1. Outcome: Here I did a pressure simulation, If you got the fail or unsafe results then you have to change the applied pressure or you can change the design of the vessel or it is material for a safe result.
