Another way to learn it is to start with chest slides - slide, slide, slide, slide - parallel to the floor. Now here is another movement  - a ribcage tilt - til side, tilt side, tilt side, tilt side. Now we&combine these two moves; slide your chest sideways, and tilt your ribcage in the opposite...
