LaOtto, IN Federal Signal SD-10 Siren Test - 3/20/19

Got word from Harman that the LaOtto Fire Department would be conducting a test of their SD-10 on SWA, but at noon instead of 10:15. So after Upland, we headed up here. This siren is located at the former elementary school, now converted into the FD. It&tested once a year and is manually activated.
