Sentry 10V, Alert: Elberfeld, IN (Warrick Co. Tornado Siren Test, HD)

Tests are conducted at 1:00 every now and then on Saturdays. They tend to forget they test every week. In fact, I had to call dispatch yet again; no surprise there. Anyways, this recording was a quick decision. I was in Evansville driving on I-164 to get home from college. I checked my clock which read 1:45 Eastern time (Evansville is in Central) and I saw a sign for the little town of Elberfeld and remembered that they would be testing soon. Luckily, I had my camera and tripod in hand and started recording once I arrived. It was perhaps the quickest decision I made as far as this hobby is concerned.
