Dewalt DCF921 = Atomic Dud

**UPDATE** After sending this tool off for the warranty work 2 weeks ago, Dewalt has lost my tool. I called the number for the repair center and they didn&have anything under my info or the ticket number I sent in. They transferred me to a repair center across the country and of course... they don&have it either. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint, but until then, no impact wrench, no money back, and no answers. I literally just need to get this impact wrench back so I can sell it and be done with Dewalt for good. This is an absolute nightmare dealing with them! Bought this around x-mas last year, and tried it out when i got it home. It worked fine the first time running some lags. Went to use the second time and wouldnt even fire up before i went outside to use it. Contacted home depot, but because i forgot to put on my HD card and paid cash, they wouldnt take it back. Contacted dewalt to try and send it in to be replaced, they told me i had to go to a website to submit a claim and get pricing! First off why would i need pricing for a brand new tool that’s a dud. When entering the model number it doesn’t even pull up this new atomic, but an old impact wrench. And they want you to put your credit card info in for a tool thats not your tool, so they can charge you twice for the same broken tool maybe? Who knows. Never had this problem with milwaukee or metabo hpt. I’ll be returning as many of the 18 tools i bought since xmas, and selling whatever else i can.
