The DEWALT DCF921 18v XR Cordless Brushless 1/2" Compact Impact Wrench features an efficient brushless motor that delivers increased power, durability and efficiency. With the new brushless motor and new optimised mechanism this delivers an incredible 409Nm fastening torque and 610Nm of breakaway torque. It also features an adjustable LED light with brightness control for improved visibility and functionality. This impact wrench has a tactile 4 mode select feature. This allows the user to select different modes and speed settings for ultimate control. The scaffold mode helps to prevent over tightening in forward and fastener run-off in reverse. Scaffolding Mode This tool is equipped with a mode designed for scaffolding applications. In forwards rotation it will run down the nut on the scaffold clamp and then impact for a period of time before cutting off to avoid over tightening of the fastener. In reverse rotation it will impact to break the nut free, before winding down the nut and cutting off after a period of time to limit damage to clamps Precision Wrench In addition to low speed impacting modes, this tool features the Precision Wrench™ mode which grants the user greater control in both fastening and loosening applications.
