Nolan here, aka thebeardedguitarist. In this demo of the DigiTech Grunge we hear 4 separate tones. The first is the clean tone for a bar, followed by the left speaker, right speaker, and a centered tone with a Fibonacci stereo delay, respectively. For the rhythm sections I used my bridge pickup. For the solo, I switched pickups throughout. Review: The DigiTech Grunge has been a mainstay on my pedalboard for a few years now. You have to get the settings just right, but when you do it provides a great saturated rhythm tone, which I feel is very "amp-like" when paired with the right amp. If you have this pedal, I recommend starting with the "left" settings in the video above. This is my personal favorite setting. It was also featured heavily on the album with Death to Indie. Pro-Tip: Keep the treble way down. It sounds like a buzz-saw in a bad way if you turn it up. #nobueno Gear: -Warmoth Stratocaster: -Dimarzio Pickups: Pro-track (Neck), Virtual Vintage &Pro (Middle), At-1 (Bridge) -Fender Mustang IV amp (Deluxe Reverb: unity settings) -Lava Retro Coil Cable Links: Ask.fm/thebeardedguitarist
