TC Electronic G-Major & G-Major 2 Freezing Issue

As the title states, this is not a demo on how the effects rack work. It&for me to provide a video of the problems with the 2 racks and hoping to find a solution to get it fixed. If anyone who has the same issue or managed to get it fixed, please share in the comments on how i can go about with it, thanks. Sending it to the US customer service might not be an option for me as the shipping cost 2-ways and the cost for fixing might probably cost more than the device itself. I currently have 2 faulty G Majors and i got myself a brand new G Major 2 to replace the faulty one. It&be a waste to throw the 2 faulty effects rack and was hoping to find ways to fix it.
