2 circuits to work through! Both circuits based on a flow sequence involving compound movements that we all know well that will recruit a large number of muscles in the lower body. The timer will be on for 40 seconds per exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween For this workout you will simply need some dumbbells! The dumbbells I use primarily are 15kg each, however I use 2 x 9kg every time a mini flow appears within a complex! COMPLEX SQUAT REAR LUNGE SWITCH SIDE! RDL HIGH SQUAT LUNGE SWITCH SIDE! RDL COMPLEX SQUAT REAR LUNGE RDL All same side! COMPLEX SQUAT REAR LUNGE RDL All same side! STAGGERED SQUAT (switch side) SWITCH SIDE! REAR STEP LUNGE (switch side) SWITCH SIDE! STAGGERED RDL (switch side) SWITCH SIDE! FINISHER! 100 x REAR LUNGE TO SQUAT! 25 per side then switch! How can you no feel ready for an awesome week after this!!?
