Placing the M.2 disk in the Orico M.2 NVMe TCM2-C3 enclosure is simple, but raises some doubts. The design of this enclosure is very simplified. The heat sink in the enclosure (it&blue in my movie) is connected to the drive with thermal pads. According to the manufacturers, when installing enclosure, we put it on and slide it. Because thermal pads have glue on both sides, I think sliding them sideways is not a good idea. I would recommend a different enclosure in which the heat sink is put on the drive and fixed with a screw. Another problem I have encountered was using a heat sink attached to the drive. Put it in the enclosure or not? After checking it, I&decided it would fit. In addition, the included heat sink fits perfectly to all integrated circuits on the SSD. Tests with temperature measurements can show whether the use of the heat sink supplied with the M.2 drive was correct or not. ************************************ Orico NVMe M.2 SSD Enclosure: *** NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Drive: ************************************ - I&love to hear your thoughts.
