How to get the Animus Fragment on the Kingston Chimney

To get the Animus Fragment atop the Kingston Chimney you simply have to jump up. You might think that you can&jump but you can. I had trouble getting this but the solution was to simply hold in the right trigger to change the options at the top. I felt pretty dumb but it&apparently not as intuitive as you&think.
