Nespresso vertuo next LEAK from the top. Disassemble and fix DIY. Hello everyone. First I apologize for those who actually had a hope that you can fix this problem. I have noticed MANY, MANY vertuo owners has the same exact issue. However, none of the videos show how to take the top part off. I decided to disassemble this machine on my own, and upload the process. To be honest, the only, or the best way to fix this problem is to get with customer service, and get the new one. Sorry for not being helpful, but at least, you know where the water comes from, and can actually visualize the problem through observing inside! haha.
