Team Fortress 2 Empty server with strange and cryptic guy in chat

So I entered this server of tf2 just to chill, on my team had a guy that kept on saying weird stuff but mainly: "your angry because your mad" and then logged off, weird stuff, I know, and then I decided to record it just for fun and to share it to youtube, it&so strange just hearing legs breaking and just ambiance noises, it&like a ghost town of sorts, it&spooky, just like no players online, I&spooked after that. (⊙_⊙;)
