#Pixart3330 MAD CATZ RAT 4+ A very different Gaming experience Available from affiliate links: Having seen some Mad Catz devices in the past mostly for XBOX and Playstation consoles I had not really seen them as a brand for PC gaming peripherals. When they reached out to us to take a look at the mid range RAT 4+ I was a little hesitant, but also a little excited to see what the hype was all about. This is a rather funky looking rodent with lots of angles and sharp lines and a flat topside which really makes it stand out from the usual run of the mill devices on the market right now. There is a splattering of colour in the red LED under glow and some functional DPI setting LEDs on the side and the illuminated logo on the topside. tracking duties are taken care of with the excellent Pixart PMW 3330 sensor that gives up to 7200 DPI resolution which is fully adjustable in the hardware buttons and fully functional software that can be used if required. Overall a very unusual design and good performing mouse that works really well and is accurate enough for games and productivity work, although it will be more comfortable for right handed people, but is certainly usable for lefties.
