Amazing bass solo by Roger Glover from 1972 presented here and played on my &Rickenbacker 4001 after extensive listening to this solo, here is what I believe to be an accurate transcription. Note: alternate your 1st and 3rd fingers on the fret board in measures 11 to 13. And notice the pattern: measures 11 and 13 are similar--measure 13 is one octave higher. Also: the finger pattern is root - fifth; then go 1/2 tone higher, go whole tone higher, go 1/2 tone higher: yes: B-C-C #bass
