Regarding this fitting: This is a personal fitting which i personally use in all level 4 missions in eve online. for about 2 years now this fit never failed me not even once in any level 4 mission so im glad to share this as this fitting is already tried and tested. Advantage of this fit: Very durable fit, can take any damage from any missions of eve online upto level 4 missions. More user friendly as you only need to activate shield booster and multispectrum shield hardiner and you shoot targets! Can do level 4 mission very easily. Note: This video is not the ultimate fitting for this ship, and all tech II modules can be improved to Faction or deadspace even Officer Versions if you have the budget to improve it. For new players who dont have enough isk to buy everything recommended here, you can follow the "Cheaper Alternative" fit stated in the video.
