HP Designjet Z2100 won't print color CYAN blue - Help Request

I&tried all kinds of things and I&having zero luck, let me know if you have any suggestions. Here&a list of what I&done: BRAND NEW printheads New Ink Cartridges Siphoned ink to remove any possible air bubbles Cleaned Printheads Cleaned contacts on carriage printhead slots Aligned Printheads Printed different images from different software Printed from different USB ports When the printheads are inserted it will print a diagnostic image of every solid color and they are all present INCLUDING CYAN BLUE. However any time I attempt to print any file blue is not printing. Suggestions?
