If you’ve been able to watch prior videos of mine, you know that Wellness is very near and dear to my heart and it’s something I try to work towards every single day. In a world that gravitates towards “busy glorification”, we really need to make sure that we are focusing on our self-care and our overall wellness. More and more companies are starting to recognize the need for self-care and even countries in Europe are downsizing to a four day work week. Either way, there is a trend to focus on self-care and activities that “fill your cup”.
