I became obsessed with the Kazotsky Kick when my little brother introduced it to me. I watched tutorials on how to do them, and practiced for 5 painful months. Why was it painful? During the dance, you’re shifting all your weight from one leg to another by pushing off the ground. When you shift onto that leg, your leg is taking the weight of your body and its force going down. The action is then repeated for both legs during the dance. Song: Soldier Of Dance
